Event Day Information for Students, Parents & Schools

Health/Safety

We continue to monitor Saskatchewan Health guidelines and will provide attendees with information on procedures to ensure a safe event. We all want to be safe while providing students with an opportunity to plan for their future.

Lunch

Lunch options are available at the food court at the Midtown Plaza in Saskatoon. In Regina – Queensbury Convention Centre, there is a food court with various lunch options. If you have any questions regarding lunch options, please contact us.

Reception

There will be a See Your Future reception table at each venue. Make certain that a representative from your school checks in at our table to ensure we have you registered. Check out our Event Schedule. Please take some time to plan your day at our event by using the tools provided here. You may download our event-day guide to print or students are welcome to bring their tablets or phones to access this information at the event. This guide consists of a list of participating exhibitors, a map of the floor plan. Once students have visited at least 10 booths, they may enter our prize draw by scanning the QR code at our reception table.

Please leave any backpacks, and jackets in your vehicle to make movement at the fair less cumbersome. Bring a bag to collect materials from exhibitors.

Mainstage Event 12 Noon

The Mainstage Event will feature interactive panel discussions with industry experts, giving students the chance to learn about emerging career trends, ask questions, and gain valuable insights into various fields. This format is designed to be engaging, informative, and highly relevant for students exploring their future careers.

Security

See Your Future will be providing security services to protect exhibitors and participants.

Precautions will be taken to ensure security of the venue and safety for those involved in the See Your Future – Education & Career Fair. Any deterrence from the established and acceptable parameters of conduct will be handled accordingly. Please respect the boundaries and guidelines of the service that See Your Future provides at no cost to you, your students and your children.

Parking

Saskatoon – Parking is available across the street from TCU Place at Midtown Plaza parking lot for $12/day.

Regina – Parking is available at the Queensbury Convention Centre parking lot at no charge.
